{"id":39,"date":"2021-12-05T17:32:52","date_gmt":"2021-12-05T23:32:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/micsymposium.org\/mics2022\/?page_id=39"},"modified":"2022-12-10T16:40:49","modified_gmt":"2022-12-10T16:40:49","slug":"contests","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/micsymposium.org\/mics2023\/contests\/","title":{"rendered":"Student Contests"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MICS 2023 will have both a programming contest and a robotics contest for students to compete in. <strong>Any students who wants to participate in a contest must register for the conference.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"programming-contest\">Programming Contest<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Student teams of up to 3 students will compete against each other to solve a set of programming problems. Conference and contest registration is required, and the number of accepted teams may be limited, so be sure to register your team early. Each team must be accompanied by a registered faculty coach who is willing to act as a contest judge. <strong>After each team member and coach is registered for the conference<\/strong>, register your team by emailing mark.fienup@uni.edu with your team name and student names with emailed.
