MICS 2026 will be held at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. UWEC is located in Eau Claire Wisconsin. Most of the conference will be in the Davies Center (6). The programming competition will be in Centennial Hall (10) and the Cyber Security event on Saturday will be in Vicki Lord Larson Hall (2).

Parking and Transportation
Every one who registered for the conference will be getting a notification from our parking services. If you are not driving to campus you can ignore this notice. This notice is just for the drivers of vehicles that will be parked on campus Friday. Please be sure to fill out the form included in that e-mail BEFORE you park on campus or you may receive a ticket.
If you are using an apple product you will need to call into register your car as their system does not work well with apple based systems. Their number is (715) 836 – 2544; you can call them the morning of the conference.
When filling out the form, you will need to supply the full plate number of your vehicle including the state of the plate.
On Saturday, parking is not enforced in the F/G/S stalls.
Note to UWEC Faculty/Staff/Students: You will not be allowed to get a permit via this system. You must only park as you have done all year.
City Bus
We do have a city bus that runs by the listed hotels and campus as well. The city maintains a live bus tracker that gives updated bus and route information. The fees are reasonable if you wanted to explore other parts of town. Please note that the week-end schedule may differ from the week schedule.
