The conference focuses on the teaching of computing and its use in all disciplines and the incorporation of the study of this technology in the curriculum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activities include the presentation of technical papers and posters, as well as programming and robotics competitions. Participants typically come from Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year MICS will be held at University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire on March 27th and March 28th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Robot Competition Viewing Page<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/micsymposium.org\/mics2026\/hungry-hungry-robots\/\">We are going to try to live stream the robot runs and the score board on this page<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Parking Notice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every one who registered for the conference will be getting a notification from our parking services.<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>If you are not driving to campus you can ignore this notice.<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;This notice is just for the drivers of vehicles that will be parked on campus Friday. &nbsp;<\/strong>Please be sure to fill out the form included in that e-mail BEFORE you park on campus or you may receive a ticket. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are using an apple product you will need to call into register your car as their system does not work well with apple based systems. &nbsp;Their number is (715) 836 &#8211; 2544; you can call them the morning of the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When filling out the form, you will need to supply the full plate number of your vehicle including the state of the plate. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Saturday, parking is not enforced in the F\/G\/S stalls. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hope to see you there!
